A routine inspection from the gas meter reader becomes severely embarrassing for the two tenants of a council house who have tampered with their meter. The gas lady is not very caring and not in the mood to listen to the chicks pathetic excuses. There is only once course of action to be taken except from reporting them to the police, and that is corporal punishment using a special issue whipping horse to bend the young babes over.The attractive young vixens are shocked and horrified over the prospect of being tossed and canned by this vicious babe. However they do agree remembering that they are currently on probation with the local police. The gas lady beats the woman in turn gradually building up in ferocity and culminating in an badly precise hard canning for the pair of them.
