Two young vixens are summoned by the veteran Wing Commander to attend a Veterans Dinner Dance. The Wing Commander remembers the pleasant aged days when the local chicks near his airbase used to come around and denuded their bottoms before the Squadron, for a wonderful old fashioned beating. Some of his campaigners remember too, and have suggested that a couple of young ladies should come to the party and accept the birch. In this film the Wing Commander, Winko puts the vixens through their paces before the party begins. Never has so much birching been done by so few!
