Sandra has a problem at work. Even though she got the memo about putting the new cover sheets on the B&G reports, she was running late and forgot to include one on the latest batch. Her boss, Lisa, needs to maintain order in the office, so late in the day on Friday, she strolled by Sandra’s cubicle. "Hey, Sandra. Looks like we have a problem. Did you get the memo about the new cover sheets for the B&G reports?" Lisa droned. "Yeah, I did, I just forgot, I’m sorry. It wont happen once again." Sandra replied. Lisa persisted,"Yeah, you see because we’re putting new cover sheets on all the B&G reports…" "…Yes, I know…," Sandra interrupted. Lisa keeps on, "…so I’m going to make sure you obtain a copy of the memo about the new cover sheets for the B&G reports…."
