Lisa is scared. The bad guys have her sister and are doing all kinds of terrible things to her. They demand a strange ransom – the Raven File – so they can underbid their competition on a multi-million dollar construction job. Her ex-boyfriend has it and her only chance of obtaining her sister freed is to find him and the file. She has to turn it over to them… and quick!
