Wendy Gordon (WINTER SKY) catches her brother Jeff in an illicit affair with a dominatrix, Amanda Jackson (ISIS LOVE). After her brother receives counseling from their church pastor, Wendy decides to save Amanda from her life of depravity. But Amanda senses Wendy’s weakness, her desire to be bound up and made to lick cunny. Wendy is soon drawn into the sleazy and sordid world of San Francisco’s Tenderloin district.
