Rhiannon and Leia are sent to the Governing governor to explain their illegal lesbian actions. Leia is at first very uncooperative, but the Governor gets her attention and obedience by using the weaker Rhiannon. Each time Leia is rude or flippant, the Governor gives Rhiannon the cane.
Once he has extracted the truth, he gives both a strapping and Leia receives more of the cane under suspicion that she has led Rhiannon astray. This is the second part of our feature length story.
