Dr. Akira Lane is in her office waiting for her patient to arrive. She has the unpleasant task today of telling her patient Gina Rae Michaels that she must commit her to a mental hospital. When Gina arrives, Dr. Lane slowly breaks the news. Gina goes crazy and grabs the doctor, forcing the straight jacket that was intended for her on Dr. Lane. She gags the doctor and grabs the phone, explaining to Dr. Lane that she is the one who will be going to the institution. Gina calls the hospital and tells them to pick up their patient as Dr. Lane weeps through her gag. Gina leaves the doctor struggling and crying through her gag. Dr. Lane, trapped in her own straight jacket, can’t escape no matter how much she struggles. She reaches the phone and weeps for help through her gag, but can not dial the number. Suddenly they arrive from the mental institution and Dr. Lane is carried elsewhere kicking and crying.
