We find Zayda in the old out building. She is nude save for a pair of heels. Her elbows and wrists are brought together behind her back and straped. A tight collar around her neck makes it difficult to breathe. A rope from the collar goes up to the ceiling where it is fixed off. Another runs from the collar in the opposite direction and is chained off to her strappado. Her wrists are fixed to her waist. A rope from her hips in front is tied up off to a point in front of her. One in the back also is bound off to the floor at a point behind her. Her ankles are tied so that her legs are spread wide open. She is crying, frustrated by the inability to move. Her ankles and feet quickly grow tired of the position she finds herself in. She constantly tries to adapt them to a more comfortable stance but cannot.
