The ponies’ everyday life in the stately castle is defined by highs and lows. When the sun shines, they are allowed to frolic about the meadow, but – oh no – the cavalry mistresses are drawing close to practice jumping with them in the sweltering 30° heat. In the evening the great little horses are allowed to join in the dinner, but as they are unable to behave themselves, they are pushed to eat from the trough once more… After all, the best way to train human horses is by the carrot and stick method!
Eve Ellis, who was practically made for the part of the well-behaved pony, was flown in from the USA. Mistress Louva, an imposing apparition, who was able to live out her dominant vein to the full, was jetted in from Paris.
