Destine is brought to the lair with her arms bound creully tight behind her back. He pushes her to a bar hanging down from the water pipes. Destine struggles helplessly as he reties her elbow ropes so that her elbows are now crushed completely together. She watches helplessly as he ties a rope around her rope collar and then runs the rope up to an above pulley. The end of that rope is then chained to a steel pail hanging below a spigot. He then opens the spigot and the pail starts to slowly fill with water. As the pail fills the rope around her throat earn tighter and tighter. Destine screams and begs into her gag as he walks elsewhere leaving her to her perilous fate.
