In the next part of our Super Spy Sahrye thriller, our heroine is dressed in hot nurse costume lingerie and taken tied up to the operating room by the evil henchmen and restrained to the operating table with leather medical restraints. The henchmen Sahrye until the Doctor comes in. Once the Doctor improves her helplessness with a neck collar restraint, he has a little amusement with her as well. Using an inflatable gag, he shows her exactly how defenseless she is. He shove the bulb in her mouth and buckles it tight behind her head. He controls the very air she breathes by pumping it up! His excuse is to wear her out a little before administering the experiment upon her.(Like a bad guy truly needs an excuse right?) Sahrye cries and struggles furiously but to no avail. Eventually she is worn out to unconsciousness.
