This clip starts where Part 2 ended… A huge white cloth is worked into Ellen’s open mouth. Many wraps of black tape keep it in place, as your friendly host adds more rope to Ellen’s chairtie. Soon he’s adding more tape though and by the time he’s done, most of her head is covered. He orders Ellen to repeat her gag chant so we can judge it’s effectiveness.
