Barbara Gordon (Angela Sommers) arrives home from work to learn that her alter-ego Batgirl, has been named “Sexiest Female in Gotham City”. She strips out of her dress to reveal a hot set of black lingerie and sheer stockings. Reading the paper, she learns that Catwoman (Candle) is back on the prowl in Gotham City. Her mind drifts, and she begins to masturbate to the thought of Catwoman having her at her mercy. She is restrained up with a vibrator straped between her legs. It’s Commissioner Gordon to inform her that Catwoman has sent a letter challenging her. Meanwhile, across town, Catwoman is plotting her revenge on Batgirl. Barbara soon figured out Catwoman’s plan, and changes into Batgirl. She tracks Catwoman down to the museum, but is captured by Catwoman’s henchmen (Anders and Wolfe Hudson). They wrestle her to the ground, and then Catwoman hands them some great twine that she has pulled out of frosty cooler.
Catwoman has her henchmen strap up Batgirl, and then they leave, giving Catwoman some time to gloat over her captive prize. She informs Batgirl that she has been bound in fiendish Cat’s Whiskers, which will slowly constrict, and cut her to pieces. She leaves Batgirl to her fate. Can she possibly survive?!!
