My elbows were hoisted in the air but not much. The strappado make you bend at the waist, the more you bend the easier it is on your shoulders. I have found that if the bind hurts a little to just bite down on the gag a bit more. I guess thats one reason I like the cleave gag so much. Johnny turned the video camera on record and left the room for me to Mppph till my hearts content.
