This clip starts where Part 2 ended. I hogtie Rosie and then gag her with the vetwrap once again, but I also blindfold her with it as well. I add a little black tape and then pull her head back and tape it to her heels. Not the tightest hogtie in the world, but we will acquire there slowly. At the end, I free her after a little more heavy groping.
