Poison Ivie is standing around waiting on her henchmen to arrive with some supplies she intends to send him off with to entrap poor unsuspecting Barbara Gordon. Finally he arrives with the bag and the gagging material but before she knows it Ivie is being grabbed and wrestled into tight ropes herself. With her gagged and her cries stifled tight ropes are wrapped around her arms pinning them to her skin and then encircling her ankles and knees making sure she doesn’t run off somewhere. She struggles around a bit trying to hop off before the heels acquire the best of her and she acquires herself down onto the ground to try to find a bit of leverage in the ropes. Instead her henchman comes in and decides that that being so he’s gone straight from a life of crime he can ditch the mask and does so after roping Ivie into a strong hogtie. She struggles and rolls around on the floor for quite a while before realizing that she’s about to have her day in court.
